Wet this morning. Met the N.Z. folk at 12. Went for lunch, then out to Barkers at Kensington; very large store. Cocktail party at Mrs Leopold Lonsdale, about 70 there. Lovely home, and good party, Mrs [J] Cantor [age 64], Miss Dunlea with me. Had a real jolly time.
